Oak Creek has been in continuous production since 1983 and has built over 40,000 homes. Oak Creek has built a name that is recognized throughout Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi. Oak Creek offers its homes through a network of company owned and independently owned model home centers and builders throughout the Southwestern U.S.

In addition to home manufacturing, the company provides financial services to manufactured and modular homeowners. These services include construction, permanent financing and insurance.
