With experience ranging from blast-resistant military barracks to modern lease-by-the-bed student housing to Katrina Cottages, we offer a menu of available floor plan designs and a wide range of construction features, or we can build custom plans to your specifications. Our homes meet the local building codes required for your project (including accessibility requirements, if needed), and we can provide complete turnkey construction services or only the factory built structure.

Depending on your requirements, we offer sizes from under 400 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. Roof pitches can be 3:12 to 6:12; roofing can be 20 year three tab or 30 year architectural composition shingles or metal; exteriors can be Cemplank fiber-cement lap siding by James Hardie, vinyl lap, Smart Panel by Louisiana Pacific or split log depending on your application; floorings can be linoleum, vinyl composite tile or carpet; varied kitchen appliance packages are available; varied cabinet finishes are available; and optional custom features can be included.
